At a meeting held today, the and ST HD Co., Ltd. ("Company") Board of Directors approved a resolution to elect a new candidate for director who is a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee, elected in addition to the candidates for directors, etc., to be proposed at the Company's 76th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 2026, announced initially in Notice Concerning Board of Director Candidates and Change in Executive Officer Assignments, published on February 18, 2026. In conjunction with this announcement, the Company will propose a total of two candidates for the position of director who is a substitute member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee.
